PLAN
TekLink will assess your entire SAP landscape and then assist you in defining the overall SAP Migration project scope, and how your new environment will look on a cloud platform. We will then work with you to define what success looks like. Our cloud migration experts leverage our proven, internally-developed infrastructure migration process and framework, based on our extensive years of experience.

DESIGN
Our cloud migration experts will design your infrastructure solution leveraging our cloud migration methodology. The design will contemplate the full facet of performance, data sizing, high availability, security, backup and restore, and disaster recovery options. All of this will be documented in our cloud migration design documents for your approval.

MIGRATE NON-PRODUCTION
We will execute our migration design on your non-production environments and establish a baseline. Our migration approach considers all critical facets of a migration, including replicating on-premises servers, functional testing, technical testing, system integration testing, data validation, and performance testing within your QA environments.

PRODUCTION CUT-OVER
Once we have confirmed your non-production environments and we have successfully migrated and passed our rigorous testing and validation, we will create a production migration plan along with all the test cases and scripts. Our project team will schedule the cutover at an optimal time best minimizing downtime. Once the cutover has occurred, our cloud experts and your team will conduct a “TIP” – Testing in Production – to ensure the cutover results are as expected.

HYPER CARE SUPPORT
Our hyper-care support will monitor your platform to make sure your migration is successful and will be available for the agreed upon support window to mitigate, usually two to four weeks. Our infrastructure migration team is handled by experienced, credentialed SAP IT experts who have more than 5,000 years of combined SAP experience.
